HFA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gilberto Fonda in the 5th minute. The corner ended in Gilberto Fonda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cementerio Club's Clodoveo Donzel did a great save. Atilano Ted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Rico, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Marcelo Gallardo charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Gallardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of HFA FC booed when Cementerio Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Gallardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cementerio Club's Clodoveo Donzel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Otero in the 13th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in HFA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Cementerio Club. Melchor Brion stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Atilano Ted. 0-1. A collision led to HFA FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Guido Otero hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match Melchor Brion sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilano Ted skillfully saved the ball. In the 21st minute 박 십 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Ted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clodoveo Donzel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelo Gutxi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. Clodoveo Donzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Gutxi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clodoveo Donzel was a little too slow when Marcelo Gutxi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-1. Marcelo Gutxi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Clodoveo Donzel made a huge save. When Basilio Evarado fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HFA FC's protests and gave Basilio Evarado a yellow card for diving instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 박 십 made a kick off. Sebastian Turi kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Fidel Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Ted having to interfere. Clodoveo Donzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Fonda, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when 박 십 got free with Atilano Ted in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, HFA FC's Ubaldo Guifre got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute Fidel Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Ted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto Fonda hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, 박 십 took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Atilano Ted to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Cementerio Club defense, Marcelo Gutxi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clodoveo Donzel. The Cementerio Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clodoveo Donzel should have stopped the shot. HFA FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
