The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kerim Sav dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After having played for 29 minutes, Çeliker Barbaros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bornova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çeliker Barbaros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paul-Henri Maldini kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bornova's zone, Vicente Francesco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kerim Sav came out of the goal and Vicente Francesco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kerim Sav showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Francesco in the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Enhebrator FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Aurre to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 56th minute, Mehmet Hamdi Sarphan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Dantae was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
