Spectators: 7444 (Terracing: 5584, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maximilian Stražišar started the match with the kick off. Doru Ghiondea made in the 3rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Petrică Milea immediately put the ball in play. After having played for 5 minutes, Petrică Milea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carpathian Wolves's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petrică Milea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Petrică Milea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carpathian Wolves fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Klavdij Burja hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Petrică Milea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Eduard Komatar made a huge save. After 19 played minutes Nicu Enceanu rounded Fajteri's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. 22 minutes into the game, Fajteri's Maximilian Stražišar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicodim Arghirescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 29 minutes into the match, Valer Barbăroșie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduard Komatar. Eduard Komatar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Fajteri booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Barbăroșie didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

A collision led to Fajteri getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Dejvid Kržin hit a great ball. Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nicu Enceanu took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduard Komatar. Eduard Komatar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Carpathian Wolves fully deserved thier win.
