The crowd rose to their feet as Monitor Huáscar's Cordero Casuso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 毛宇广. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. In the 24th minute, Humberto Sagasti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when 吴昂树 made the kick off in the second half. Monitor Huáscar's Johans Ortubia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 曲银晨 in the 54th minute of play. Oxel Viñales kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Humberto Sagasti kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
