Preator Edikt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Mogel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Reine Pettersson came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by ORIZABA F.C.'s Victor Castellani. But to his dismay, Victor Castellani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Reine Pettersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Mogel in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Kim Larsfelt. If Victor Castellani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 minutes Preator Edikt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albano Rodriguez who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Preator Edikt's zone, Victor Castellani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reine Pettersson came out of the goal and Victor Castellani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reine Pettersson was a little too slow when Ubaldo Mogel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 33rd minute, Adam Kihlman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Victor Castellani came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the ORIZABA F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Castellani couldn't finish the play. Albano Rodriguez charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albano Rodriguez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 minutes, Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Preator Edikt and the ORIZABA F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Victor Castellani got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Preator Edikt's Reine Pettersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Preator Edikt from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Victor Castellani made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the game, Adam Kihlman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Preator Edikt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ORIZABA F.C. the free kick. After having played for 66 minutes, Ubaldo Mogel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ORIZABA F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Mogel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arturo Serafo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Primo in the 71st minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Reine Pettersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reine Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Castellani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ORIZABA F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Albano Rodriguez in the 74th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Victor Castellani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ORIZABA F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Preator Edikt the free kick. In the 92nd match minute, ORIZABA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Castellani to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, ORIZABA F.C.'s Ramon George got control of the ball when Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line.
