Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonathan Fonseca kicked off to start the match. Tiago Correia took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vivaldo Paraíba. Vivaldo Paraíba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Flying Dutch's Tiago Correia in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalie prevented a goal. Vivaldo Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor de Salles in the 9th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélio Tepedino during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Hélio Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Vivaldo Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor de Salles in the 11th minute of play. Tiago Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Délio Gerber got a free kick in the 16th minute. Vivaldo Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor de Salles in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Batista came free, but Vivaldo Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor de Salles in the 22nd minute of play forced Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Vivaldo Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vivaldo Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Correia in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Victor de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivaldo Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Flying Dutch's Tiago Correia made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vivaldo Paraíba was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, José Vítor Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flying Dutch's supporters rose to their feet, but José Vítor Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vivaldo Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Fonseca came free, but Vivaldo Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vivaldo Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa Capixaba in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Victor de Salles came free, but Vivaldo Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Jonathan Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Vivaldo Paraíba. Blumenau Esporte Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The Blumenau Esporte Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Flying Dutch were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Délio Gerber stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Adolfo Cruz struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Vivaldo Paraíba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flying Dutch. Vivaldo Paraíba made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Vítor Rosado in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Flying Dutch's Tiago Correia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. In the 65th minute, Jonathan Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vivaldo Paraíba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Vivaldo Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Rosado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when José Vítor Rosado came free, but Vivaldo Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vivaldo Paraíba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Fonseca in the 77th minute. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Vivaldo Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor de Salles in the 78th minute of play. When Victor de Salles, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 91 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Vivaldo Paraíba was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match was over Flying Dutch could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Blumenau Esporte Clube throughout the match.
