Kustaa Virtanen lost his temper 41 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Manchester United FC! Manchester United FC:s Juha Jokiranta showed great skill when he stopped Eurico Batista:s penalty. Flying Dutch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor de Salles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thiago de Mendonça during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Flying Dutch's zone, Jarkko Sulin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Amorim came out of the goal and Jarkko Sulin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Juha Jokiranta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Martti Helin kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After 95 minutes, Dennis Irwin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester United FC and the Flying Dutch players grew even worse after the yellow card. Flying Dutch's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
