Harold Engelborgh started the match with the kick off. Nikos Papadopoulos hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Marios Kamarinopoulos made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Hans Van Der Meren sent off a good shot on target. Yoachim Fondria came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marios Kamarinopoulos could save by the left post. The supporters of tHe SOnS of rAGnar booed when Sporting Mambo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yoachim Fondria didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Yamine Lamalle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waut Goons. Sporting Mambo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yamine Lamalle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Hans Van Der Meren hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Babbis Siakkas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Waut Goons showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Marios Kamarinopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save tHe SOnS of rAGnar from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd match minute, Sporting Mambo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glen de Pelsmaecker to maneuver through the defense. Waut Goons didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yamine Lamalle went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Sporting Mambo were furious when Henry Pelsers was red carded, 29 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sporting Mambo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! The referee gave tHe SOnS of rAGnar a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Menelaos Borbokis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons. 0-3. Thys Van Bockorst's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marios Kamarinopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harold Engelborgh during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Babbis Siakkas got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, one of Sporting Mambo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sporting Mambo. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for tHe SOnS of rAGnar. Menelaos Borbokis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Waut Goons. 0-4. In the 46th minute, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Yoachim Fondria fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niko Willams to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yoachim Fondria in the 52nd minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper Marios Kamarinopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Niko Willams hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marios Kamarinopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Van Der Meren in the 65th minute of play. Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantinos Lazaropoulos in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Yamine Lamalle notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons. Waut Goons was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yoachim Fondria in the 76th minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper Marios Kamarinopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thys Van Bockorst hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Yamine Lamalle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Goons was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Waut Goons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantinos Lazaropoulos in the 89th minute of play. Yoachim Fondria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marios Kamarinopoulos having to interfere. Waut Goons showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantinos Lazaropoulos in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched tHe SOnS of rAGnar eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
