Simon Isusko started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, JURIDIQUES F.C's Guilherme Cardozo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Sportivo Mela Banco's Simon Isusko got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Jefferson Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Sportivo Mela Banco fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Sportivo Mela Banco's Simon Isusko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 13 minutes into the match, JURIDIQUES F.C's goalkeeper Zé Pedro Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Isusko. After 17 minutes, Dé Vargas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JURIDIQUES F.C and the Sportivo Mela Banco players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes JURIDIQUES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Dé Vargas. Narciso Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Barreto in the 25th minute of play. Guilherme Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Simon Isusko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Zé Pedro Varela when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 31st minute Guilherme Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Ihazintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JURIDIQUES F.C's Zé Pedro Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save JURIDIQUES F.C from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Sportivo Mela Banco booed when JURIDIQUES F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davi Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Sportivo Mela Banco's Simon Isusko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Pedro Varela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Simon Isusko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Zé Pedro Varela made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jefferson Barreto made the kick off in the second half. Jefferson Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Ihazintu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jefferson Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. When Sportivo Mela Banco's Carlos Sendoa in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JURIDIQUES F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Carlos Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Barreto in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, JURIDIQUES F.C's Guilherme Cardozo got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Zé Pedro Varela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Sendoa's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Marcial Ticho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zé Pedro Varela skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Jefferson Barreto put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Narciso Ihazintu. Cortez Obispo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Zé Pedro Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Romano made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by JURIDIQUES F.C's Guilherme Cardozo. Sportivo Mela Banco were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of JURIDIQUES F.C for a fine match.
