In the 44thth minute of the game Filomeno Hodei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granate's Celso Turi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Celso Turi managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Despidida AFC's Filomeno Hodei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Manuel Oliveiro charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Oliveiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when Granate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Lore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Abella took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celso Turi. Celso Turi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Lucio Serapio kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Filomeno Hodei sped through Granate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celso Turi. 78 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's Marco Abella sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celso Turi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Hodei in the 84th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Celso Turi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Resto's late challenge caught a Despidida AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo Resto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when Granate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Resto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 齐银沙 took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Celso Turi. Granate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Celso Turi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Abella in the 89th minute of play.
