The Nils Liedholm IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 5th match minute, Nils Liedholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Juhlin to maneuver through the defense. SHADOW's Zula Trochowski got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the game, Pawel Rzegotka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SHADOW's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nils Liedholm IF the free kick. If Zula Trochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Kalle Norström fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jörgen Bjurströms short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Adam Fikus to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adam Fikus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Kleen in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Poreda in the 23rd minute of play forced Nils Liedholm IF's goalkeeper Ove Hake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Fikus came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Nils Liedholm IF's Jörgen Bjurström. But to his dismay, Jörgen Bjurström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Zula Trochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nils Liedholm IF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Zebastian Österlund hit a great ball. A collision led to Nils Liedholm IF getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Birger Kleen hit a great ball. Harry Wennerquist hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Poreda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ove Hake was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbigniew Poreda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, SHADOW's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Bjurström came free, but Adam Fikus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SHADOW's Zbyszko Sowa got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to SHADOW getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Wieslaw Zjawin hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes, Nils Liedholm IF's Marc Juhlin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adam Fikus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nils Liedholm IF reached it. Zbigniew Poreda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ove Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Nils Liedholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Einar Borre. The supporters of Nils Liedholm IF booed when SHADOW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pawel Rzegotka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kalle Norström's late challenge caught a SHADOW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kalle Norström helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SHADOW booed when Nils Liedholm IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalle Norström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ove Hake made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zula Trochowski in the 70th minute. Adam Fikus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Bjurström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SHADOW's Adam Fikus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Bjurström in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SHADOW's Wojciech Dobilas got a free kick in the 78th minute. Nils Liedholm IF's Marc Juhlin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SHADOW. In the 81st match minute, Nils Liedholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Borre to maneuver through the defense. Adam Fikus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birger Kleen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalle Norström might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adam Fikus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kalle Norström ran back to his position shaking his head. Wojciech Dobilas kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Marc Juhlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakub Domaracki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ove Hake. That made the score 2-2 in the 95 minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
