Spectators: 7771 (Terracing: 5829, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Ismaïl Hadjadj took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dimcho Bobchev to make any attempt to save it. In the 6th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Soltani Mami to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Beckström in the 7th minute of play forced Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Jussef Ben Mami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Birger Häger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jussef Ben Mami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Salmiyah Power defense, Staffan Levander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jussef Ben Mami. The Salmiyah Power fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jussef Ben Mami should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute Staffan Levander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jussef Ben Mami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jussef Ben Mami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Beckström in the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evert Beckström in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jussef Ben Mami saved Salmiyah Power from getting behind. Staffan Levander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Ben Mami having to interfere. Jussef Ben Mami took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Beckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, FC Kickerz's Staffan Levander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jussef Ben Mami made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Samir Abdenouz charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samir Abdenouz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Kickerz booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samir Abdenouz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evert Beckström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jussef Ben Mami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boughera Benmabrouk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53rd play minutes Staffan Levander shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Jussef Ben Mami and just under the crossbar into goal. Dimcho Bobchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismaïl Hadjadj in the 57th minute of the match. Jussef Ben Mami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Levander, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Staffan Levander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Ben Mami having to interfere. Salmiyah Power's Halim Zeghdoud was substituted for Zoheir Cohen. Jussef Ben Mami made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Gottfrid Carlsson sent off a good shot on target. Dimcho Bobchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samir Abdenouz in the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, FC Kickerz's goal looked a bit too open when Ismaïl Hadjadj came free, but Dimcho Bobchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evert Beckström hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Staffan Levander had several of the Salmiyah Power's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Jussef Ben Mami as he didn't even see the shot coming. FC Kickerz's Dimcho Bobchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismaïl Hadjadj in the 82nd minute of play. Jussef Ben Mami made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evert Beckström in the 85th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Staffan Levander recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jussef Ben Mami. Staffan Levander showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. The FC Kickerz supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Kickerz would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
