After the first half Sundens BK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per Eliasson made a kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 50th minute of the game. One of Sundens BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Spartans FC:s goal. The referee gave Spartans FC a penalty, 52 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luis Eduardo Schorr, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sundens BK's Axel Martinsson. 1-1. Per Eliasson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florín Hermosilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Per Eliasson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 54th minute. Florín Hermosilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Netto in the 57th minute. Amado Fanta charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amado Fanta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Spartans FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Fanta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Per Eliasson made a precise shot to the right of Florín Hermosilla. Spartans FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 73rd minute of the match, Per Eliasson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florín Hermosilla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 78th play minute Per Eliasson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Florín Hermosilla. 1-5. Per Eliasson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 81st playminute. Florín Hermosilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Eliasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Per Eliasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
