Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) Segundo Balendin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Vikingos FC's Eleuterio Daunte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Vikingos FC from getting a goal against them. Ceferino Balasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Oroitz's late challenge caught a Newpi Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Oroitz helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Oroitz. Pedro Jakes hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Vikingos FC's Eleuterio Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Reynardo in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match Vikingos FC got a corner. Newpi Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Balendin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Segundo Balendin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ceferino Balasi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fernando Asur charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Asur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Fernando Asur hit a great ball. Eleuterio Daunte came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Newpi Academy's Edgard Quintun. But to his dismay, Edgard Quintun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Marcos Baumar hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Lázaro Librado kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 50 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Santiago. Eleuterio Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Quintun in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Quintun came free, but Eleuterio Daunte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Rolando Reynardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eleuterio Daunte was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Cornelio Leocadio replaced Oscar Oroitz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Quintun in the 69th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Armand Callahan. Lázaro Millrick who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Ceferino Balasi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Vikingos FC's Lázaro Millrick, in the 73rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. After having played for 76 minutes, Segundo Balendin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vikingos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Balendin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segundo Balendin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Ceferino Balasi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Newpi Academy's Ceferino Balasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Balendin in the 84th minute of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Segundo Balendin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newpi Academy's Ceferino Balasi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th match minute, Vikingos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Millrick to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Argoitz came free, but Ceferino Balasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
