Geležinis Vilkas's Juozas Zelmikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davi Novaes in the 91st minute of play. When the match was over 27 de Mayo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Geležinis Vilkas throughout the match.
