Henrik Skager kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Björn Lund charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Björn Lund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Björn Lund hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Stig-Ove Håkansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Oskar Nykvist in the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Per-Oskar Nykvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stig-Ove Håkansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

But to his dismay, Fredrik Axelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Annedal FC made a substitution. Robin Ånger replaced Carl Petersson. Alvin Bergfelt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Stig-Ove Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Annedal FC's goalkeeper Stig-Ove Håkansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in AIK FOTBOLL's zone, Karl-Ove Nyberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Kilström came out of the goal and Karl-Ove Nyberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stig-Ove Håkansson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fredrik Axelsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 90 minute of play. The Annedal FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing AIK FOTBOLL to win.
