The corner led Grütly's Gaston Edur to fire away a dangerous shot which Cholachat Coolcat despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 44th minute, Doug Las Casas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidro Gregory was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After a rather tough play, Grütly's Aldo Cerilo got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gaston Edur made the kick off in the second half. In the 72nd match minute, Grütly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Lamberto to maneuver through the defense. Cholachat Coolcat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Guillem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Guillem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cholachat Coolcat having to interfere. Cholachat Coolcat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grütly. After a rather tough play, Grütly's Gaston Edur got a free kick in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Friberger in the 91st minute of play forced Grütly's goalkeeper Isidro Gregory to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
