Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5738, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ferreirinha Vinhas got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Leandro Camargo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isidro Gregory, 1-0. In the 7th match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovani Viana to maneuver through the defense. Pedrinho de Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Grütly's Isidro Gregory got control of the ball when Geovani Viana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grütly's Isidro Gregory proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Grütly from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Ferreirinha Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Gregory saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferreirinha Vinhas in the 21st minute of play forced Grütly's goalkeeper Isidro Gregory to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Isidro Gregory managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Alfa FC's Leandro Camargo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 27 minutes into the game, Bernardino Odon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pedrinho de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedrinho de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Edur, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 30 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Varela. Pedrinho de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Guillem in the 34th minute of play. Grütly's Gaston Edur got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Grütly's Isidro Gregory got control of the ball when Maurício de Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaston Edur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isidro Gregory took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovani Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 played minutes Grütly got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Edur. Alfa FC's Pedrinho de Queirós proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Alfa FC from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute, Enéas Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 66 minutes, Evaristo Guillem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grütly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Guillem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Gregory stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferreirinha Vinhas's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Maurício de Lara's late challenge caught a Grütly's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maurício de Lara helped the player get up and apologised. Maurício de Lara hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Pedrinho de Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Guillem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Guillem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho de Queirós having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Evaristo Guillem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Grütly's Evaristo Guillem slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedrinho de Queirós. That made the score 1-2 after 88 minutes of play. Alfa FC's Pedrinho de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Edur in the 91st minute of play. Gavino Lia charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavino Lia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isidro Gregory showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício de Lara in the 96th minute of the match.
