But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardino Odon couldn't finish the play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barricade Of Mighty Beast reached it. In the 18th minute, Gaston Edur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grütly fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 23rd match minute, Grütly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Guillem to maneuver through the defense. Malin Darmawan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute of the match Gaston Edur sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wawa Wiryawan skillfully saved the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Grütly's Gaston Edur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wawa Wiryawan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Barricade Of Mighty Beast booed when Grütly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Lamberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kamarudin Simatupang took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidro Gregory. Isidro Gregory dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Isidro Gregory made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamarudin Simatupang in the 36th minute of play. Kamarudin Simatupang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Isidro Gregory tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wawa Wiryawan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidro Gregory showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamarudin Simatupang, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Grütly getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Evelio Baumar hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamarudin Simatupang to strike the kick off in the second half. Grütly's Isidro Gregory played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamarudin Simatupang in the 53rd minute of play. Isidro Gregory showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Handoko Kaimu in the 54th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaston Edur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wawa Wiryawan. That made the score 1-2 in the 56 minute of play. Wawa Wiryawan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Barricade Of Mighty Beast's goalkeeper Wawa Wiryawan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Guillem. Isidro Gregory showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamarudin Simatupang in the 65th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Kamarudin Simatupang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Kamarudin Simatupang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Gregory saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malin Darmawan's late challenge caught a Grütly's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malin Darmawan helped the player get up and apologised. Malin Darmawan kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Evaristo Guillem was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played.
