The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Warriors of Gora™'s Voja Vučinić in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alfa FC's goalie prevented a goal. 5 minutes into the match, Warriors of Gora™'s goal looked a bit too open when Maurício de Lara came free, but Charles Müller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Müller was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Maurício de Lara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maurício de Lara really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 11th match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Camargo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Voja Vučinić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warriors of Gora™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Voja Vučinić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrinho de Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Momčilo Zafirović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Alfa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Radisav Rajković came free, but Pedrinho de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovani Viana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Charles Müller came out and tried to block the shot, but Geovani Viana slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 21st minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Voja Vučinić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warriors of Gora™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Voja Vučinić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Warriors of Gora™'s Charles Müller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício de Lara in the 31st minute of play. Pedrinho de Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Momčilo Zafirović's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Ferreirinha Vinhas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Charles Müller made a huge save. If Momčilo Zafirović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Warriors of Gora™'s Charles Müller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício de Lara in the 44th minute of play. Pedrinho de Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Momčilo Zafirović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Voja Vučinić was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Viana in the 55th minute of play forced Warriors of Gora™'s goalkeeper Charles Müller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrinho de Queirós made an important save on a dangerous shot by Momčilo Zafirović in the 57th minute. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alfa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mirčeta Ostojić was slow to take the kick. During this time Warriors of Gora™'s players had a chance to rest. Enéas Bezerra thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Pedrinho de Queirós, a very annoying self made goal in the 58th minute which led to 2-3. When Hugo Neiva fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alfa FC's protests and gave Hugo Neiva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Neiva to maneuver through the defense. Mirčeta Ostojić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Pedrinho de Queirós made a huge save. Geovani Viana's late challenge caught a Warriors of Gora™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geovani Viana helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Viana. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Viana in the 67th minute of play forced Warriors of Gora™'s goalkeeper Charles Müller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, Warriors of Gora™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duško Brkić to maneuver through the defense. Charles Müller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Camargo in the 77th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Warriors of Gora™'s goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Viana came free, but Charles Müller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match Geovani Viana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles Müller skillfully saved the ball. Momčilo Zafirović kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Camargo in the 86th minute of play forced Warriors of Gora™'s goalkeeper Charles Müller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovani Viana scored 3-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Müller, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Momčilo Zafirović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedrinho de Queirós. Alfa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Momčilo Zafirović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. The Alfa FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Warriors of Gora™'s performance. The match ended with a win for Warriors of Gora™.
