Spectators: 7738 (Terracing: 5805, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rex Ellis kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Alfonso Cruz got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 7th minute Randall Jaramillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Pedro Owen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Rex Ellis came free, but Juan Pedro Owen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, one of CRUZ DEL SUR:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. CRUZ DEL SUR's Juan Pedro Owen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randall Jaramillo in the 15th minute of play. Juan Pedro Owen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominic Connelly in the 17th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominic Connelly in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Pedro Owen saved CRUZ DEL SUR from getting behind. In the 22nd minute Recolta Alamor were awarded a corner. Dominic Connelly went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Dominic Connelly got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Juan Pedro Owen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rex Ellis struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Juan Pedro Owen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Recolta Alamor. In the 33rd minute Jude Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dylan Beckman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dominic Connelly's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Pedro Owen was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Norberto Ivey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Juan Pedro Owen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Alonzo Donahue kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 43 minutes of play, Recolta Alamor's Dominic Connelly made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Pedro Owen was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paco Cabedo to strike the kick off in the second half. Blanco Larreta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Rex Ellis came free, but Juan Pedro Owen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Pedro Owen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rex Ellis in the 55th minute of play. Juan Pedro Owen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randall Jaramillo in the 64th minute of play. After 66 minutes, J.P. Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CRUZ DEL SUR and the Recolta Alamor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CRUZ DEL SUR's J.P. Cruz got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, J.P. Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the game, Paco Cabedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CRUZ DEL SUR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Recolta Alamor the free kick. After a rather tough play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Paco Cabedo got a free kick in the 69th minute. Vid Murgeljs short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Dylan Beckman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dylan Beckman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vid Murgelj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vid Murgelj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Dylan Beckman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paco Cabedo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Recolta Alamor's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
