A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Goretzka came free, but Ambrosio Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Trapp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Derwin's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Leon Goretzka kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Pablo Orti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Kevin Trapp made a huge save. Domingo Jon took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kevin Trapp. Kevin Trapp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Čvančara in the 29th minute of play forced Marlin FC's goalkeeper Ambrosio Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pablo Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, Marlin FC's Ignacio Derwin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kevin Trapp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Kevin Trapp successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pablo Orti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Derwin. In the 47th minute, Tomáš Čvančara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The B68 Toftir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Ignacio Derwin made the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Aleksandar Pavlovic. Ignacio Derwin scored 4-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevin Trapp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute Aristides Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Trapp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacio Derwin in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kevin Trapp saved B68 Toftir from getting behind. Kevin Trapp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Derwin's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Dimitri Faber could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Ambrosio Quilino however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Salih Özcan hit a great ball. Arnaldo Darien took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kevin Trapp. B68 Toftir's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Ambrosio Quilino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Salih Özcan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. B68 Toftir's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
