With a little luck, B68 Toftir's Kevin Trapp got control of the ball when Joel Servando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomáš Čvančara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Herminio Pirmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Servando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kevin Trapp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. After 43 minutes of play, B68 Toftir's Leon Goretzka made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herminio Pirmin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Herminio Pirmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomáš Čvančara in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

After some careless play in the B68 Toftir defense, Joel Servando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kevin Trapp. The B68 Toftir fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kevin Trapp should have stopped the shot. 56 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's goalkeeper Herminio Pirmin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne De Souza. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Dimitri Faber hit a great ball. After 58 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Faber. Ernesto Iraitz scored 4-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevin Trapp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62nd minute, Ernesto Iraitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celta de Virgos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leverett Niens during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, B68 Toftir's Leverett Niens got a free kick in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Iraitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kevin Trapp was relentless in the 68th minute of the game.
