Osvaldo Vilaverde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcu Voitiş in the 9th minute. 14 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goalkeeper Osvaldo Vilaverde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcu Voitiş. Gigel Gorgan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Meira in the 17th minute of the match. After some careless play in the VB-Team defense, Marcu Voitiş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvaldo Vilaverde. The VB-Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvaldo Vilaverde should have stopped the shot. Shame!'s Marcu Voitiş got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Meira to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Shame! getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Remus Chilian hit a great ball. Telmo Bulhosa scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gigel Gorgan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Shame! getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Eusebiu Siniştean hit a great ball. The supporters of VB-Team booed when Shame! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Glodeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Humberto Castro came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the VB-Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Castro couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Voitiş in the 41st minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Osvaldo Vilaverde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marcu Voitiş, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 41 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Osvaldo Vilaverde was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 46th match minute, Shame! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Pătrășconiu to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Marcu Voitiş made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Meira to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcu Voitiş in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Vilaverde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Valer Papadima fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shame!'s protests and gave Valer Papadima a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Anselmo Meira hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Marcel Pătrășconiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Shame!'s goalkeeper Gigel Gorgan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Meira. After 69 played minutes Shame! got a freekick which was hit by Remus Chilian. Shame!'s Gigel Gorgan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Shame! from getting a goal against them. Shame!'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Humberto Castro scored to the left of an out of position Gigel Gorgan, making the score, 1-2. Shame! were furious when Sabin Eniceicu was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 89 minutes into the game, one of Shame!:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A hard shot 97 in the game by Leandro Barcelos from a close distance when the talented Gigel Gorgan managed to make a qualified save. Shame!'s players were relieved.
