Delmiro Pitin came out of the goal and Humberto Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldo Vilaverde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Cervezanegra A.C. were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after VB-Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tiburcio Llorian took the corner. The corner ended in Tiburcio Llorian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but VB-Team's Osvaldo Vilaverde did a great save. 29 minutes into the match, Cervezanegra A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Barcelos came free, but Delmiro Pitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Cervezanegra A.C. booed when VB-Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Barcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingo Formerio's late challenge caught a VB-Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Formerio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd match minute, Cervezanegra A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Formerio to maneuver through the defense. Delmiro Pitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Castro in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Cervezanegra A.C.'s Narciso Ederono ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Osvaldo Vilaverde. Osvaldo Vilaverde yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After having played for 43 minutes, Hugo Joanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cervezanegra A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Joanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Vilaverde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Lucila in the 46th minute of the match.

A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Nélson Trindade hit a great ball. Osvaldo Vilaverde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Lucila in the 52nd minute of play. Osvaldo Vilaverde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 65th minute, Narciso Ederono ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Vilaverde was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Cervezanegra A.C. made a substitution. Fabricio Cordario replaced Narciso Ederono. Humberto Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Pitin having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Cervezanegra A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Ventura came free, but Delmiro Pitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Pitin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Telmo Bulhosa in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Castro in the 83rd minute of play forced Cervezanegra A.C.'s goalkeeper Delmiro Pitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led VB-Team's Humberto Castro to fire away a dangerous shot which Delmiro Pitin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Marco Jax was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cervezanegra A.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VB-Team the free kick. After 85 played minutes Cervezanegra A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marco Jax. Humberto Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Pitin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Humberto Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of VB-Team booed when Cervezanegra A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Joanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Cervezanegra A.C.'s goalkeeper Delmiro Pitin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Castro. If Fabricio Cordario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
