After 2 played minutes Luganeros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Balasi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Stanciu in the 3rd minute of play forced Luganeros AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Gaspard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejo Gaspard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigi Stanciu in the 7th minute of the match. Gigi Stanciu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Alejo Gaspard made a huge save. Alejo Gaspard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gigi Stanciu in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Tono in the 10th minute of play forced ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s goalkeeper Andrei Dinculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Luganeros AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Gaspard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gregorio Harriet hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. A collision led to Luganeros AFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Gilberto Domenec hit a great ball. When Aurelio Txurio fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luganeros AFC's protests and gave Aurelio Txurio a yellow card for diving instead. Aurelio Txurio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute of the match Tudor Feroiu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alejo Gaspard skillfully saved the ball. 24 minutes into the match, ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Dan Marica sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejo Gaspard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 27 played minutes Luganeros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Balasi. Luganeros AFC's Alejo Gaspard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Luganeros AFC from getting a goal against them. Andrei Dinculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Jobo in the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Ermegildo Jobo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Andrei Dinculescu. Andrei Dinculescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Cristian Pricop left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Alejo Gaspard came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s Gigi Stanciu. But to his dismay, Gigi Stanciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ermegildo Jobo to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Luganeros AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Codrin Turbatu came free, but Alejo Gaspard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ★POLI★™★VIOLA★'s zone, Ermegildo Jobo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrei Dinculescu came out of the goal and Ermegildo Jobo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ defense, Ermegildo Jobo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andrei Dinculescu. The ★POLI★™★VIOLA★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrei Dinculescu should have stopped the shot. Carmelo Jokins short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Andrei Dinculescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cătălin Mitică during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cătălin Mitică hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Andrei Dinculescu made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Carmelo Jokin sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Pricop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Codrin Turbatu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejo Gaspard was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Alejo Gaspard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigi Stanciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
