Nueva Adalucia's Alejandro Landa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omer Halisdemir in the 19th minute of play. Omer Halisdemir hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute of the match Blue Mountain State got a corner. Nueva Adalucia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hilmi Özbilek ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hilmi Özbilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nueva Adalucia's Alejandro Landa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Nueva Adalucia from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's goal looked a bit too open when Omer Halisdemir came free, but Alejandro Landa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omer Halisdemir in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Landa saved Nueva Adalucia from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Nueva Adalucia's Ekhi Muelas got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Alejandro Landa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilmi Özbilek in the 33rd minute of the match. Hilmi Özbilek took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alejandro Landa. Nueva Adalucia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 63 minutes, Omer Halisdemir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blue Mountain State and the Nueva Adalucia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Blue Mountain State's Omer Halisdemir got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Alejandro Landa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilmi Özbilek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omer Halisdemir took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejandro Landa. Alejandro Landa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Blue Mountain State's zone, Oton Contreras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Işıkalp Kalhan came out of the goal and Oton Contreras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blue Mountain State's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Oton Contreras scored to the left of an out of position Işıkalp Kalhan, making the score, 2-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kayhan Uçhan during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kayhan Uçhan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oton Contreras in the 83rd minute of play forced Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Işıkalp Kalhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th match minute, Nueva Adalucia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cugat Fonticoba to maneuver through the defense. Omer Halisdemir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Alejandro Landa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Nueva Adalucia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Espiridion Barrientos hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes, Blue Mountain State's Hilmi Özbilek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alejandro Landa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Blue Mountain State reached it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nueva Adalucia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
