Lisandro Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ahmet Hayri Ersezer made a huge save. Marcelo Eufemio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karadeniz Sekib in the 20th minute of the match. When Generoso Cristofol fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club【LBF】's protests and gave Generoso Cristofol a yellow card for diving instead. Racing Club【LBF】's Fabio Rolado got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Hayri Ersezer came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club【LBF】's Eulalio Aimar. But to his dismay, Eulalio Aimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 90th minute, Yavuz-Sultan Selim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st match minute, Racing Club【LBF】 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Rolado to maneuver through the defense. During the 93rd minute of the match Camilo Ticho completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Camilo Ticho a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 92nd minute, one of Racing Club【LBF】:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Racing Club【LBF】. Racing Club【LBF】 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Osmanlı İmparatorluğu for a fine match.
