The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute Artūras Zapolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Orcondona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominic Orcondona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artūras Zapolski in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of FC Brzesko City booed when Carpasús FC - FDC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Buerga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Prudentio Sasiain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carpasús FC - FDC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudentio Sasiain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tanek Wojtyna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Carpasús FC - FDC's Vidal Coya got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute Gilbert Cetnar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Orcondona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Sierocki in the 17th minute of play forced Carpasús FC - FDC's goalkeeper Dominic Orcondona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Carpasús FC - FDC's goal looked a bit too open when Artūras Zapolski came free, but Dominic Orcondona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prudentio Sasiain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanek Wojtyna having to make a save. 26 minutes into the match, FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Tanek Wojtyna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudentio Sasiain. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudentio Sasiain in the 28th minute of play forced FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Tanek Wojtyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Prudentio Sasiain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanek Wojtyna was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in FC Brzesko City's zone, Prudentio Sasiain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tanek Wojtyna came out of the goal and Prudentio Sasiain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vidal Coya during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 33 minutes into the match, Carpasús FC - FDC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Sierocki came free, but Dominic Orcondona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Carpasús FC - FDC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Buerga. Dominic Orcondona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Cetnar in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Carpasús FC - FDC booed when FC Brzesko City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Pilarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loreto Monedero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tanek Wojtyna. FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 43 minutes in the game, Prudentio Sasiain fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tanek Wojtyna having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, FC Brzesko City's Ziemowit Ziomkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dominic Orcondona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artūras Zapolski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Cetnar in the 54th minute of play forced Carpasús FC - FDC's goalkeeper Dominic Orcondona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 minutes FC Brzesko City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Loreto Monedero who took care of the corner kick. In the 70thth minute of the game Prudentio Sasiain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Brzesko City's Tanek Wojtyna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Dominic Orcondona successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Artūras Zapolski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dominic Orcondona came out and tried to block the shot, but Artūras Zapolski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 72nd minute. The throw-in from Radomir Dulemba in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Carpasús FC - FDC's Alvaro Pares. In the 78th minute, FC Brzesko City's Gilbert Cetnar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dominic Orcondona. Dominic Orcondona yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Carpasús FC - FDC's Vidal Coya got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carpasús FC - FDC's Alvaro Pares quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Radomir Dulemba, made in the 87th minute of the game. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Brzesko City! FC Brzesko City:s Tanek Wojtyna showed great skill when he stopped Loreto Monedero:s penalty. With an all-out effort, FC Brzesko City's Dominic Orcondona threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Artūras Zapolski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Brzesko City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
