In the 6th minute Robustiano Ubarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Delin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Ubarna in the 7th minute of play forced Mountainhammer United's goalkeeper Kent Delin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Melquiades Argoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Quake's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Argoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Vasco hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mountainhammer United booed when CA Quake was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Vasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Kent Rang made a precise shot to the right of Leandro Sal. CA Quake's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 18th minute, Melquiades Argoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kent Rang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Robustiano Ubarna made a precise shot to the right of Kent Delin. Mountainhammer United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 27th minute, Oscar Kock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Kent Rang sped through CA Quake's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leandro Sal. In the 45th minute, Robustiano Ubarna made a precise shot to the right of Kent Delin. Mountainhammer United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.
CA Quake's Leandro Sal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Rang in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Mountainhammer United's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Ubarna came free, but Kent Delin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match CA Quake got a corner. Mountainhammer United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vinicio Abeitia ran over to the corner to take the kick. Melquiades Argoitz's late challenge caught a Mountainhammer United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melquiades Argoitz helped the player get up and apologised. Mountainhammer United's Folke Berg was substituted for Gabriel Kjellbom. In the 61st match minute, CA Quake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melquiades Argoitz to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute Kent Rang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes CA Quake's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alvin Hedström who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Mountainhammer United's corner Alvin Hedström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leandro Sal quite easily take care of the ball. Elliot Haeger hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute Robustiano Ubarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Delin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Quake's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Kent Rang scored to the left of an out of position Leandro Sal, making the score, 2-4. In the 76th minute, one of CA Quake:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CA Quake. CA Quake:s Leandro Sal showed great skill when he stopped Michael Käcker:s penalty. After some careless play in the CA Quake defense, Bengt Stålman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Sal. The CA Quake fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Sal should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kent Rang during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mountainhammer United getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Kent Rang hit a great ball. Kent Delin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Ubarna in the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Robustiano Ubarna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kent Delin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. After a rather tough play, CA Quake's Melquiades Argoitz got a free kick in the 98th minute.
