When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Miro Klose took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Marcelo Eufemio to make any attempt to save it. After 47 minutes of play, FC Aquile Azzurre's Miro Klose made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lisandro Lopezs short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Angelo Peruzzi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Angelo Peruzzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Milito in the 89th minute. A hard shot 91 in the game by Diego Milito from a close distance when the talented Angelo Peruzzi managed to make a qualified save. FC Aquile Azzurre's players were relieved.
