Spectators: 7652 (Terracing: 5741, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dorian Silveira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dorian Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Maxi Mus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ronan Marler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dorian Silveira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. If Dorian Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denílson Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keanu Sawyer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denílson Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keanu Sawyer in the 25th minute of the match. When Dorian Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Jurassic Monsters SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorian Silveira couldn't finish the play. Anthony Cahill's late challenge caught a Jurassic Monsters SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anthony Cahill helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Real Death Ducks got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Cahill. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Real Death Ducks made a substitution. Dan Lancaster replaced Anthony Cahill. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Keanu Sawyer was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Maxi Mus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denílson Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Maxi Mus came free, but Denílson Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Real Death Ducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachid Baba Ali Mohammadi to maneuver through the defense. Real Death Ducks's Bart Ryder was substituted for Keanu Sawyer. Rachid Baba Ali Mohammadi hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Maxi Mus took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denílson Azevedo. Denílson Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Nat Ashby blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denílson Azevedo having to make a save. Dorian Silveira hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Netto during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Real Death Ducks booed when Jurassic Monsters SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denílson Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rachid Baba Ali Mohammadi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Bart Ryder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denílson Azevedo having to make a save. After 84 played minutes Jurassic Monsters SA got a freekick which was hit by Remo Rodrigues. The crowd rose to their feet as Maxi Mus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Denílson Azevedo. That made the score 1-3 in the 85 minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Maxi Mus came free, but Denílson Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Netto got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 91st minute, Real Death Ducks's Nat Ashby dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. 94 minutes into the match, Maxi Mus notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo. Denílson Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Real Death Ducks supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Real Death Ducks would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
