But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Sundström couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Ove Holm in the 44th minute of play forced Karamázov's goalkeeper Kirill Karamazov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Karamázov getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Leonides Ekaitz hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 67th minute, Jan-Ove Holm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kirill Karamazov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Kirill Karamazov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Ove Holm went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jan Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Marc Blomkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gogo Eyague kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute Jan-Ove Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirill Karamazov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Blåvitt's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
