Egídio Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th match minute, Leões do Sul 53 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vito Donato to maneuver through the defense. Claudinho Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Gustaf Åström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herbert Ahlqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Donato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Donato in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Soeiro in the 30th minute of play forced Blåvitt's goalkeeper Herbert Ahlqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Claudinho Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Leões do Sul 53's zone, Henry Lidman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egídio Reis came out of the goal and Henry Lidman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Leões do Sul 53's Fabinho Fontes got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Viktor Alegren fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blåvitt's protests and gave Viktor Alegren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Viktor Alegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 41 in the game by Bernardo Soeiro from a close distance when the talented Herbert Ahlqvist managed to make a qualified save. Blåvitt's players were relieved. The supporters of Blåvitt booed when Leões do Sul 53 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Lidman in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egídio Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Blåvitt were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Lidman to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Henry Lidman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Doni Marques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leões do Sul 53's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blåvitt the free kick. Doni Marques hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, one of Leões do Sul 53:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Leões do Sul 53. Egídio Reis had great luck who in the 62ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Henry Lidman from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Blåvitt were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Leões do Sul 53's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jack Berggren took the corner.
