In the 5th minute of the match, Constantin Mihu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luiz Mello saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luiz Mello made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Andrea Gabor sent off a good shot on target. Agnaldo Sampaio hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Mădălin Apostu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Maria Macedo in the 16th minute of the match. Bandit Gabor kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Marcel Queirós left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 25th minute, César Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Luiz Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucius Gabor in the 28th minute of play. Mădălin Apostu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agnaldo Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mădălin Apostu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agnaldo Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Marcel Queirós went to the cornerflag to take it. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Luiz Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Gabor in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrea Gabor got free with Luiz Mello in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Mello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucius Gabor in the 42nd minute of play. Luiz Mello had great luck who in the 43rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Constantin Mihu from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Mădălin Apostu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agnaldo Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agnaldo Sampaio to make the kick off. Mădălin Apostu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademir Gonçalves in the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Juventus PTM's Andrea Gabor got a free kick in the 61st minute. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Frédson Velloso replaced Nilton Couto. Andrea Gabor hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Mădălin Apostu made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Agnaldo Sampaio sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when César Cardozo got free with Mădălin Apostu in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute Constantin Mihu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Andrea Gabor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Mello. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrea Gabor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 76th minute, Júnior Tinoco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mădălin Apostu was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Mădălin Apostu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Sampaio in the 79th minute of the match. Luiz Mello came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus PTM's Constantin Mihu. But to his dismay, Constantin Mihu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 90 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Gabor came free, but Luiz Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ademir Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mădălin Apostu having to interfere. With a little luck, Juventus PTM's Mădălin Apostu got control of the ball when Agnaldo Sampaio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luiz Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Gabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Juventus PTM.
