Mădălin Apostu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Augusto Batalla managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Juventus PTM's Andrea Gabor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mădălin Apostu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Diaz in the 16th minute of play. If Ramon Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. Ramon Diazs short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Mădălin Apostu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
