Spectators: 7674 (Terracing: 5756, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fabio Jago took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rigoberto Roldanillo was a little too slow when Garry Kasparov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-1. 10 minutes into the game, Nicolae Pădureanu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Arrecifes's Primitivo Valentine quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 12th minute Igor Emmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fabio Jago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, José Capablanca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Emmanuel in the 17th minute of play forced FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Adolfo Abar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrecifes's Rigoberto Roldanillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Oneț in the 31st minute of play. Nicolae Pădureanu's late challenge caught a Arrecifes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolae Pădureanu helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes FC Maci -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Pădureanu. Primitivo Valentine charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Valentine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Primitivo Valentine kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. FC Maci -MM- were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Arrecifes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cezar Boia took the corner. FC Maci -MM-'s Cezar Boia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rigoberto Roldanillo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Emmanuel in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Abar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Garry Kasparov hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Igor Emmanuel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Abar. FC Maci -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Emmanuel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After 47 played minutes FC Maci -MM- got a freekick which was hit by José Capablanca. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basarab Oneț to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Arrecifes got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Valentine. Rigoberto Roldanillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basarab Oneț went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 60th minute, Igor Emmanuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cezar Boia kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Arrecifes made a substitution. Raul Eduino replaced Igor Emmanuel. A collision led to FC Maci -MM- getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Cezar Boia hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Arrecifes got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Valentine. Rigoberto Roldanillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Oneț in the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Basarab Oneț managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Maci -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Basarab Oneț was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Roldanillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee gave FC Maci -MM- a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cezar Boia, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arrecifes's Rigoberto Roldanillo. 4-3. In the 83rd minute, Garry Kasparov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolfo Abar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Eduino in the 85th minute. After 87 minutes of play, FC Maci -MM-'s Garry Kasparov made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Roldanillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Arrecifes fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Arrecifes's Raul Eduino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC Maci -MM- succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Arrecifes had controlled the match.
