In the 3rd minute, Salah El Aska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, NK FOLKROLA's goalkeeper Veselko Recko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdul Halim Aban. In the 11th minute of the match, Abdul Halim Aban got a very nice opportunity to score, but Veselko Recko was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 12 played minutes NK FOLKROLA got a freekick which was hit by Brando Kecelj. In the 13th minute, Salah El Aska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Borut Holcman made a precise shot to the right of Hafiz Romad. Líbano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 20th minute, Qazim Mujahid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Abdul Halim Aban came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Líbano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdul Halim Aban couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Klaudij Kuder got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Abdul Halim Aban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Líbano's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdul Halim Aban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veselko Recko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hafiz Romad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jožek Puš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Jaka César got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Abdul Halim Aban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Veselko Recko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 43rd minute, Abdul Halim Aban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Brando Kecelj made the kick off in the second half. Hafiz Romad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jožek Puš in the 56th minute of play. NK FOLKROLA were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Líbano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Josip Ilič took the corner. After taking down the ball on NK FOLKROLA's corner Josip Ilič fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hafiz Romad quite easily take care of the ball. In the 64th minute Abdul Halim Aban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veselko Recko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Abdul Halim Aban fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Líbano's protests and gave Abdul Halim Aban a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Líbano got a freekick which was hit by Abdul Halim Aban. 74 minutes into the match, NK FOLKROLA's goal looked a bit too open when Salah El Aska came free, but Veselko Recko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nour Jabbar fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Líbano's protests and gave Nour Jabbar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of NK FOLKROLA booed when Líbano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nour Jabbar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes Líbano got a freekick which was hit by Dani Tajid. When Robert Koren came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the NK FOLKROLA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Koren couldn't finish the play. A collision led to NK FOLKROLA getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Robert Koren hit a great ball. When NK FOLKROLA's Brando Kecelj in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Líbano's goalie prevented a goal. Robert Koren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Hafiz Romad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hafiz Romad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brando Kecelj, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdul Halim Aban in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Veselko Recko saved NK FOLKROLA from getting behind. Líbano's Hafiz Romad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Líbano from getting a goal against them.
