The referee showed Pál Füzesi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Grandi Lupi getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Pál Füzesi hit a great ball. Grandi Lupi's Imre Sebők proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Grandi Lupi from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute of the match Julio Gudesteo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Imre Sebők skillfully saved the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Juan Godoy hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 57th match minute, Grandi Lupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gáspár Kónya to maneuver through the defense. After 58 played minutes, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Julio Gudesteo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Imre Sebők came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atlético y Tiro Rqta reached it. Luis Landaburu made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Ede Gerebics sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, Renátó Magyar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grandi Lupi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Martin Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético y Tiro Rqta's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Imre Sebők breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the game, Árpád Bognár was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grandi Lupi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético y Tiro Rqta the free kick. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Árpád Bognár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Luis Landaburu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Árpád Bognár came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Luis Landaburu could save by the left post. Julio Gudesteo charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
