Marius Gasparaitis got a throw-in 31 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Klemensas Makauskas. FC Karamba's Giannis Gounaris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Regis in the 32nd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, FC Karamba's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Regis came free, but Giannis Gounaris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marius Gasparaitis charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a defensive mix-up in FC Karamba's zone, Jacobo Regis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giannis Gounaris came out of the goal and Jacobo Regis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, FC Karamba's Giannis Gounaris got control of the ball when Jacobo Regis tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Alfredo Rufio came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Club Atletico Juanita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Rufio couldn't finish the play. Jacobo Regis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Gounaris having to interfere. Giannis Gounaris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo Valiente in the 70th minute. Giannis Gounaris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Valiente in the 72nd minute of the match. Club Atletico Juanita's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Rufio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giannis Gounaris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bartolo Prejun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of FC Karamba:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Atletico Juanita:s goal. Jacobo Regis shot the penalty kick right outside the post.
