After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Plovdiv's Anko Tzingilev got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Lyuben Chuturkov was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Ferhat Kaya capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ferhat Kaya really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ferhat Kaya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Lyuben Chuturkov made a huge save. If Ferhat Kaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lyuben Chuturkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferhat Kaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Büyükçekmece FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Doncho Sarachev came free, but Nusrettin Özilter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Ferhat Kaya put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lyuben Chuturkov. Doncho Sarachev struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Nusrettin Özilter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Lokomotiv Plovdiv's Lyuben Chuturkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferhat Kaya in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucio Jado made a kick off. Doncho Sarachev came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nusrettin Özilter could save by the left post. In the 54th minute, Eralp Köksan made a precise shot to the right of Lyuben Chuturkov. Lokomotiv Plovdiv's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 56 played minutes Büyükçekmece FC. got a freekick which was hit by Eralp Köksan. Nusrettin Özilter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucio Jado in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Eralp Köksan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyuben Chuturkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lyuben Chuturkov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eralp Köksan went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Lokomotiv Plovdiv booed when Büyükçekmece FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikail Özil didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Trifon Patrikov in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Büyükçekmece FC.'s Rareș Miron. Lyuben Chuturkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakan Kaya in the 92nd minute of play. Büyükçekmece FC.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
