In the 10th minute, Kliment Frontov made a precise shot to the right of Maurício Estrada. Ɍυƒυs™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Ɍυƒυs™'s goal looked a bit too open when Lukács Sóti came free, but Maurício Estrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes Ɍυƒυs™ got a freekick which was hit by Gusmão Leiria. In the 18th match minute, Edelényi Bányász was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gordon Blue to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Gusmão Leiria in the 18th minute really tested Pál Dankó's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Alex Parente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Edelényi Bányász getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Alonzo Paskal hit a great ball. Pál Dankó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gusmão Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a rather tough play, Edelényi Bányász's Gordon Blue got a free kick in the 44th minute. The long shot by Gusmão Leiria in the 44th minute really tested Pál Dankó's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Gordon Blue was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Edelényi Bányász's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ɍυƒυs™ the free kick. Gordon Blue hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes, Ɍυƒυs™'s Gusmão Leiria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pál Dankó came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ɍυƒυs™ reached it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saúl Soveral was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Edelényi Bányász's Lukács Sóti made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurício Estrada was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 54 played minutes Ɍυƒυs™ got a freekick which was hit by Januário Correia. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ɍυƒυs™! In the 68th minute, Edelényi Bányász's Lukács Sóti ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maurício Estrada. Maurício Estrada yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 74th minute, Aldaír Lucena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ɍυƒυs™'s Maurício Estrada got control of the ball when Gordon Blue tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lajos Murai's late challenge caught a Ɍυƒυs™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lajos Murai helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Edelényi Bányász! The referee gave Ɍυƒυs™ a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gusmão Leiria, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Edelényi Bányász's Pál Dankó. 1-5. With an all-out effort, Edelényi Bányász's Maurício Estrada threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kliment Frontov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 88 minutes into the game, Gusmão Leiria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ɍυƒυs™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edelényi Bányász the free kick. The supporters of Edelényi Bányász booed when Ɍυƒυs™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gusmão Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kliment Frontov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pál Dankó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Parente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurício Estrada came out of the goal in the 99th minute to try and stop a shot by Edelényi Bányász's Gordon Blue. But to his dismay, Gordon Blue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Edelényi Bányász's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
