Spectators: 7717 (Terracing: 5789, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Conrado Mirande kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Edelényi Bányász's goalkeeper Pál Dankó had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Mirande. In the 7th minute, Hermosillo FC's Samuel Laurentzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pál Dankó. Pál Dankó yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 10th minute Márton Baló shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Bieito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Hermosillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Dino. The supporters of Hermosillo FC booed when Edelényi Bányász was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gordon Blue didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Kliment Frontov notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hermosillo FC's Silverio Bieito. Silverio Bieito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Edelényi Bányász's Márton Baló got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Laurentzi in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pál Dankó saved Edelényi Bányász from getting behind. In the 37th minute Lukács Sóti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Bieito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gordon Blue came free, but Silverio Bieito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaias Havier during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Kliment Frontov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Edelényi Bányász fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After the first half Edelényi Bányász were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kliment Frontov made a kick off. If Isaias Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Laurentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Pál Dankó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Silverio Bieito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lukács Sóti. Kliment Frontov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Silverio Bieito skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Gordon Blue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Edelényi Bányász defense, Conrado Mirande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pál Dankó. The Edelényi Bányász fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pál Dankó should have stopped the shot. Silverio Bieito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukács Sóti in the 75th minute. Edelényi Bányász's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hermosillo FC the free kick. A collision led to Edelényi Bányász getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Gordon Blue hit a great ball. Silverio Bieito made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Lukács Sóti sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute, Márton Baló ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Bieito was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4.
