With a left leg Per Hultin saved Råda BK from getting behind. In the 13th minute, Rudolf Josefsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Alex Vallin. In the 20th minute, Kristoffer Nyberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per Hultin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Svensson's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Thomas Wassberg sped through Råda BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Per Hultin. Per Hultin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Råda BK got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Österlund. The audience was convinced that Alex Vallin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per Hultin was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. George Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Hultin having to interfere. The supporters of MAFFIAN booed when Råda BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uno Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Kristoffer Nyberg. 0-3 became the score in the 46th minute when Thomas Wassberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Emander to make the kick off. A collision led to Råda BK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Tommy Wållander hit a great ball. MAFFIAN made a substitution. Hugo Nyman replaced Rudolf Josefsson. After a rather tough play, Råda BK's Tommy Wållander got a free kick in the 64th minute. MAFFIAN's Dennis Edström was substituted for George Svensson. MAFFIAN made a substitution. Torgny Mogren replaced Thomas Wassberg. In the 65th match minute, Råda BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Wållander to maneuver through the defense. Aron Dahlbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Emander, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Per Hultin came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by MAFFIAN's Torgny Mogren. But to his dismay, Torgny Mogren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Hugo Nyman charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Nyman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Nyman. 88 minutes into the match, Råda BK's Jack Mattsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Hugo Nyman hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Dennis Edström managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAFFIAN's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Edström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per Hultin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
