Spectators: 7729 (Terracing: 5798, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) Tiger's Ingo Häusle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ingo Häusle came free, but Matias Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Tiger's Albrecht Kowalke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matias Demario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiger's goalkeeper Wolf Poll, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingo Häusle in the 13th minute of play forced SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalkeeper Matias Demario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Tiger got a corner. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elis Färber ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elis Färber made a great header on Tiger's corner, it was just that SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Matias Demario managed to reach the ball for a save. Arnulfo Qwinton charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnulfo Qwinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute Elis Färber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match, Ingo Häusle tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matias Demario saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ingo Häusle's late challenge caught a SAN MARTIN F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingo Häusle helped the player get up and apologised. Wolf Poll stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andres Astigar's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Ingo Häusle hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes SAN MARTIN F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Mel. Matias Demario was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elis Färber. In the 34th minute Ingo Häusle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match Tiger got a corner. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elis Färber ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Tiger's corner Elis Färber fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matias Demario quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Tiger booed when SAN MARTIN F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Qwinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Matias Demario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save SAN MARTIN F.C. from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Tiger made a substitution. Olgierd Lato replaced Antonius Zagermann. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Astigar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matias Demario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingo Häusle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68thth minute of the game Tor Jäger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Matias Demario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Aresti came free, but Matias Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tor Jäger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matias Demario was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Severino Rami hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Tiger's Edmund Schoettle was substituted for Tor Jäger. Severino Rami kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Elis Färber was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Matias Demario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elis Färber in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Edmund Schoettle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matias Demario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Aresti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Tiger players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
