Matias Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang Zhi Ling in the 3rd minute of play. Gert Korevaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Demario having to interfere. Celso Hulberto's late challenge caught a FFC Merainies 03's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Hulberto helped the player get up and apologised. Jiang Zhi Ling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matias Demario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiang Zhi Ling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Korevaar in the 18th minute of play forced SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalkeeper Matias Demario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Korevaar in the 18th minute of play. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Matias Demario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Korevaar in the 19th minute of play. FFC Merainies 03's Giel Lever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Astigar in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes FFC Merainies 03 got a freekick which was hit by Koos de Kort. In the 24th minute Gert Korevaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Koos de Kort was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FFC Merainies 03's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAN MARTIN F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Koos de Kort got a free kick in the 26th minute. Koos de Kort was shown his second yellow card after 28 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 29th minute, Koos de Kort hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang Zhi Ling in the 35th minute of play. Niek Witting hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Matias Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Korevaar in the 41st minute of the match. Felix Hitchcock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Niek Witting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Niek Witting got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th match minute, SAN MARTIN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Tiadoro to maneuver through the defense. Felix Hitchcock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute of the match, Niek Witting tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matias Demario saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 74th minute Niek Witting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Demario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Matias Demario got control of the ball when Jiang Zhi Ling tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Gert Korevaar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Niek Witting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gert Korevaar struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Matias Demario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FFC Merainies 03. When Jiang Zhi Ling came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the FFC Merainies 03 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jiang Zhi Ling couldn't finish the play. Jiang Zhi Ling's late challenge caught a SAN MARTIN F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The SAN MARTIN F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FFC Merainies 03 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
