The audience thought a goal was coming when Nistor Vermeşan got free with Suelo Montana in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th match minute, PreZiDenT SaRuMaN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Odeen to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Nistor Vermeşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suelo Montana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 played minutes PreZiDenT SaRuMaN got a freekick which was hit by Ardahan Çetin. Golo Phoenix's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Suelo Montana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's Suelo Montana got control of the ball when Aristide Fetea tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Costel Gurgui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PreZiDenT SaRuMaN the free kick. Costel Gurgui kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Mihăilescu in the 21st minute of play forced PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's goalkeeper Suelo Montana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Ardahan Çetin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Ghițescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ardahan Çetin took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dacian Ghițescu. Dacian Ghițescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca booed when PreZiDenT SaRuMaN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Efe Onurad didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 36th minute of the game was made by Lucian Şimonca with Aristide Fetea as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's goalkeeper Suelo Montana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 41 minutes, Ardahan Çetin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ardahan Çetin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Felix Mihăilescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half PreZiDenT SaRuMaN were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ardahan Çetin to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Aristide Fetea notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's Suelo Montana. Suelo Montana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 58 minutes, Ardahan Çetin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ardahan Çetin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, PreZiDenT SaRuMaN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neşat Hazar to maneuver through the defense. If Barışcan Akil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suelo Montana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristide Fetea in the 66th minute of the match. PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's Suelo Montana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Fetea in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, PreZiDenT SaRuMaN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neşat Hazar to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Neşat Hazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Suelo Montana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgil Jupân, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Dacian Ghițescu made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Ardahan Çetin sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca booed when PreZiDenT SaRuMaN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ardahan Çetin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
