Lorenz Ureta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Kristiansson in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Plaza Babys CF's Toni Adán got a free kick in the 21st minute. Manuel Moya made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Baba Ba sent off a good shot on target. Plaza Babys CF's Eder Cienfuegos got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eder Cienfuegos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivon Gasca in the 66th minute of play forced Plaza Babys CF's goalkeeper Manuel Moya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Plaza Babys CF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
