The corner led The Hanging Tree's Arnaldo Perfecto to fire away a dangerous shot which Raul Santxol despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nicolas Lia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raul Santxol having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, The Hanging Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Martinez came free, but Jacinto Panpili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, The Hanging Tree's Conrado Hermon got a free kick in the 38th minute. After 42 minutes, Jose Gamus mouthed his way into the referee's book. Raul Santxol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Justino Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Weterio got free with Jacinto Panpili in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th match minute, The Hanging Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Hermon to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Cirilo Martinez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacinto Panpili, 1-2. The Hanging Tree's Jacinto Panpili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Weterio in the 69th minute of play. Raul Santxol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Lia in the 71st minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
