Spectators: 7687 (Terracing: 5766, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Gilmar Torres started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Silvério Netto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celedonio Cordareo. After a defensive mix-up in CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's zone, Gilson Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Don Blanco came out of the goal and Gilson Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Gilmar Torres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Don Blanco. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilmar Torres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Karl Björling got a free kick in the 13th minute. If Gilmar Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 minutes, Gilmar Torres made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Don Blanco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Passa o Tanque MZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlinhos Carvalho in the 20th minute. Hélder Custódio was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Gilmar Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Don Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Sengrat in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvério Netto saved Passa o Tanque MZ from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Justino Sengrat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvério Netto was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. With a little luck, Passa o Tanque MZ's Silvério Netto got control of the ball when Big Gato tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santos Benet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Silvério Netto made a huge save. The supporters of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ booed when Passa o Tanque MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo de Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Big Gato hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the game, Passa o Tanque MZ's Bernd Goldsche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Don Blanco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Gilmar Torres took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Don Blanco. Don Blanco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 48 played minutes Passa o Tanque MZ got a freekick which was hit by Valdo de Barros. 49 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Silvério Netto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Benet. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Justino Sengrat made the kick off in the second half. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Passa o Tanque MZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Santos Benet took the corner. In the 54th minute, Justino Sengrat fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Cordareo in the 60th minute of play forced Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Silvério Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Björling hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Bobby Aelgoet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvério Netto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 74th minute, Gilmar Torres fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 76th minute Gilmar Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Don Blanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvério Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobby Aelgoet in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Celedonio Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvério Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Björling in the 86th minute of play forced Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Silvério Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Sengrat came free, but Silvério Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvério Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Cordareo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The supporters of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ booed when Passa o Tanque MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genílson Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Karl Björling cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Silvério Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Bobby Aelgoet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvério Netto was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Passa o Tanque MZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
